- Design Ahead revamps

Design Ahead was recently
contracted to upgrade the "Welcome Centre" at Zimbali Coastal Resort .
The revamp included complete redesign of the interior
space, new custom furniture, wallpaper, window treatments, flooring, artwork, signage, design and supply of reception desk and all
cabinetry. The entire make-over of the recetion area was co-ordinated by Design Ahead.
The area was transformed from the traditional dark
"stained mahogany" look; to a modern, clean, fresh and inviting contempory reception space.

- Design Ahead's Caesarstone Kitchen of the Year Entry

Design Ahead has entered a
recently completed kitchen installed in Ridge Rd, Umhlanga into the prestigeous
Kitchen of the Year competition hosted by Caesarstone. The contrasting wood
finish textures,white caesarstone and white cabinetry creates a stylish modern
look, yet offers a practical workspace.

Design Ahead recently
attended the Design School of Southern Africa's awards evening to present the
award to the top design student for 2014.
The gala event was held at Sibaya Casino and
Entertainment Kingdom. Design Ahead Interior Design & Decorating is proud to be
affiliated with new emerging designers and leaders. Congratulations to Ms Pearl Madela for being
awarded Top Design Student.

Design Ahead featured on the
cover of Get-It Magazine (Ballito-Umhlanga, May). A home recently re-decorated
by Design Ahead was selected as the location for the photo-shoot. The house had
been on the market several times, with no serious offers. The owners wanted a
stylish modern look to update the interior of the home. The make over had the
desired affect - the house sold, fully furnished, shortly after the re-vamp.
